Green tea is beneficial but it is to be avoided by those having flatulence problems Likewise, people with acidity problems should also avoid green tea. Those who have inherently a dry texture of the skin should also avoid green tea Green tea is meant for those who have an oily texture skin.
And if they consume green tea in such circumstances or begin to consume it, then the hair might start falling, the face might become pale and lose its luster, Try to understand this.

Benefits from Green Tea:-
Green tea is a sort of very beneficial medicine, but it is meant to be treated as a medicine and not a regular item of diet. Many people suggest we take daily a cup of green tea, it will keep us very healthy. It’s not like that.

It’s only a tea – only a little less fermented – so it is termed as green tea – whereas if it were a little more fermented – it would be our regular tea.
That’s why, in the olden days, when the English were in India, and they started distributing tea amongst us, it wasn’t very popular because everyone knew that.

it was essentially dry in nature, and one could easily discern this drying nature of green tea from the first sip, Now people have got used to it and they do not realize it so much but the older generations were mortally scared of ‘Hey! you’re having green tea ! ‘ they’d exclaim.
